The boating at the Phewa Lake, cave, gorges and museum adds the flavor to your holiday. With the plenty of hills surrounding the valley the paragliding, ultra-light flight are other leisure activities at Pokhara.
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu (TIA), our representative from Hillstrek will be there to pick you up. You will be transfer to hotel in half an hour drive with private vehicle. We discuss about our trip and you have time for refreshment. In the evening we are together again for welcome dinner in typical Nepalese restaurant with cultural program
After breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up for half day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley UNESCO protected world heritage sites .You will have your lunch in the restaurant with the view of Stupa then you back to hotel. You will meet your tour leader and discuss about the following tour arrangements.
You will drive approximately for 6-8 hours from kathmandu to pokhara or take 25 minutes flight . on drive you will see the vivid land topography of Nepal. As you drive down along the valley , river and gorges .you will discover the real face of Nepal besides kathmandu.
When on Arrival at Pokhara check into the hotel and enjoy the leisurely walk around the Lakeside on the evening.
Davi’s fall: Davi’s fall (also known as Devin’s and David’s) is a lovely waterfall lying about 2- km southwest of Pokhara airport on the Siddhartha Highway. Legend has it that a trekker (Davin, david) was washed away by the Pardi Khola and mysteriously disappeared down into an underground passage beneath the fall.
Guptesor Cave: This large limestone cave, dedicated to |Lord Shiva, is another nature’s wonder in Pokhara.
Seti gorge: Pokhara valley is valley of geographical wonder. Because of the three major caves and Seti River the inner part of the valley has many natural tunnels. They are still to be explore d. Seti River has made awesome gorges in many sections. In some section the gorges goes more than 200 meter deep whereas the width is just about 20 meters. The best places to observe the wild feature of Seti River are K. I Singh Bridge, Mahendra Pool Bridge, PrithiviChowk Bridge and some other small crossing.
Sarangkot is the small hilltop which is famous for its breathtaking view of sunrise and Annapurna range and Fishtail (virgin Mountain). From here, you can see a panoramic sweep of Himalayan peaks, from Dhaulaguiri (8167m) in the west ton the perfect pyramid that is Machhapuchhare (6997m) and the rounded peak of Annapurna II (7937) in the east. Most people come here at dawn or dusk, when the sun picks out the peaks in brilliant colors.
The International Mountain Museum conceived with an ideal to work towards promoting the understanding of the Mountains, its people and culture, flora, fauna and the proud Mountaineering history. Established by the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), it is supported by various international and national groups.
After the breakfast you will be picked up for the Kathmandu transfer. On the evening you will be picked up for the farewell dinner with the traditional Nepali cultural performance.
We will transfer you to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination. You are supposed to leave the hotel 3 hours earlier than your scheduled flight time
